Go Work is connected to PC but microphone does not workUpdated a year ago

This article provides troubleshooting for your Go Work headset when it is connected to your PC and the microphone is not working.

Main Cause: Depending on your Windows operating system (OS) and PC, the Bluetooth might not detect or reestablish the proper Bluetooth protocol. This is a known issues with certain Windows OS.

Resolution: Follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

1. Open the Bluetooth & Devices settings and enter the View more devices tab.
2. Remove all Bluetooth devices that are already connected.
3. Reconnect your GO Work headset FIRST to your PC, followed by other Bluetooth devices. The GO Work should display "Connected voice, music".

(To full resolve the issue, only two Bluetooth devices should be connected to your PC.)
